High Intensity Athletics 2026-2027 Season Evaluations!

Are you ready to unleash your potential and become part of an elite team of athletes? High Intensity Athletics (HIA) invites you to attend our ʻ26-ʻ27 season evaluations. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to the sport, we welcome individuals of all skill levels to join our ʻOhana. The results are in, and the standard has been set. High Intensity Athletics, Hawaii’s fastest-growing and most competitive gym, is officially opening evaluations for the 2026-2027 All-Star Season for athletes of all ages.

Evaluation Information:

  • Dates:

    • June 5th and

    • June 6th

Evaluation Fee:

  • $50 for Returnees

  • $100 for new athlete

  • $140 for Private evaluations per athlete (limited availability)*

Private evaluations are for athletes and their families who are concerned about potential retaliation for exploring new opportunities or options. Staff will keep all information confidential. Evaluation times:

Schedule a time slot using the drop-in class scheduler above to let us know you are coming. Arrive 30 minutes early for registration and check-in. Sign up for the youngest age group the athlete is eligible for. Refer to the USASF age grid below if you are unsure what group your child is eligible for.

Aloha! Please print/fill out our HIA Athlete Questionnaire and bring a printed photo of your athlete to evaluations. We will not do evaluations without this. We will have sizer samples for warm ups, practice uniforms, and competition uniforms at evaluations for athletes to try on. Please leave the sizing information blank until evaluations.

Important Evaluation Information | 2026–2027 Season

Welcome to the High Intensity Athletics (HIA) All-Star Cheerleading Evaluations! Please read through the guide below carefully to ensure a smooth, successful process for your athlete.

Checklist: What to Bring

Each athlete MUST bring the following physical items to the front desk at check-in. Athletes will not be permitted on the floor without all required items:

  • Evaluation Fee: Payable at the front desk before your session.

  • Completed HIA Release Form / Waiver (Signed by a parent or legal guardian).

  • Completed Athlete Evaluation Form.

  • A Hard Copy Photo of the athlete (firmly attached/stapled to the Evaluation Form).

Payment Information

  • Accepted Methods: Cash or Venmo only (paid at the front desk).

  • Venmo Note Requirement: You must include the following text in your payment note: 2026-2027 Evaluations- [Athlete Name]

Arrival, Punctuality & Parking

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled Evaluation time to allow our staff to verify fees and check in your registration materials. Plan ahead for traffic and parking delays!

  • Strict 10-Minute Policy: Any athlete arriving more than 10 minutes late after Evaluations begin will not be permitted to enter the floor. You will be required to reschedule a private Evaluation.

  • Parking Reminder: Do not park in front of neighboring businesses. Please utilize designated HIA parking areas only.

Appearance & Uniform Sizing

  • Dressed to Perform: Athletes should arrive presentable and ready to move:

    • Hair secured neatly out of the face with a bow.

    • Proper athletic/cheer shoes.

    • Athletic wear (preferably HIA team colors or all black).

  • Uniform Sizing: Official uniform sizing will take place during the Evaluation session, so please ensure athletes are wearing appropriate athletic attire.

June 14th Team Placements Announced: Results will be sent via email. This email will include your official Team Handbook and next steps.

Post-Announcement

Securing Your Spot: Commitment to the team is automatically confirmed once you complete two steps:

1. Sign up for our team BAND App.

2. Enroll via our online GoMotion Registration portal.

Practices Begin: Official team practices for the 2026–2027 season kick off!
